A superb Spitfire kit in every respect. Designed to 1/8 near scale, the model retains all the looks and even has the eliptical wing of the full size aircraft. The model can be adapted to accomodate a retractablle undercarriage. (Not supplied)
The kit contains: Pre-cut plya and balsa parts. Pre-shaped leading edges, rear spars and ailerons. Veneered foam wing panels. Full mouldings for canopy, cowling, radiators and exhaust stacks. Pre-formed undercarriage, motor mount, control cables and fittings. A full size plan abd a conprehensive book of instructions, National insignia decals.
Specification: Wing span 55". Average flying weight 5.5lbs. For .40 2-stroke or .48-53 4-stroke motors and four funtion radio.

Dagfinn converted his model to electric using Hyperion 4020/12, 80 amp ESC, 3000 mah 5 cell LiPo, 12 X 10 Prop, and Spring Air retracts.
It has been glassed and painted with Humbrol enamels. Painted as one of the Norwegian heroes in WW2 Rolf Arne Berg who was wing commander Flying and leader of 331 and 332 squadron.
