Although looking more like a conventional light aircraft than a glider, the AS.K 16 has excellent soaring characteristics. The full size aircraft, a two seater training sailplane, first appeared in the early seventies. The electric model features a jig built fuselage with extensive use of mouled fairings to enable quick and easy assembly. The AS.K makes an ideal flat field soarer.
